We know that there’s widespread concern in our community about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), and we want you to know that your health is our top priority at West Shore Wellness, LLC.
With the increasing uncertainty and growing number of infected individuals around the world, we encourage you to take responsibility for yourself and your family. Though the risk remains low, it’s important to take a proactive approach to minimize exposure.
If you’re exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, I urge you to stay home, take care of yourself, and seek medical help when appropriate.
With social distancing in effect for the next few weeks, West Shore Wellness, LLC is moving our treatment online at this time with the use of a HIPPA secure telehealth platform. We care about you and want to ensure that we are doing our part not to put susceptible individuals within each of our families at risk.
I encourage you to schedule a secure video appointment with us. Research shows that they can be just as effective as in-person appointments, and we can continue your care without interruption. If you're interested, let me know and I'll make the necessary arrangements (there are a couple of documents I will need to send to you as well as the video link).

Insurance Companies and Telehealth

All Insurance companies are allowing telehealth sessions when in Red and Yellow phases established by PA Health Department. In Green Phase, some insurance companies are covering only in office sessions and some are only covering telehealth sessions. Please be aware of what your insurance company will cover and schedule accordingly.
These benefits can vary widely by plan and are constantly changing according to our current health climate. Please contact your insurance company to fully ensure you understand your individual benefits. (The phone number for member services is located on the back of your insurance card)
West Shore Wellness is able to provide some guidance and understanding of your policy details, however, it is your contract with your insurance company, therefore your responsibility to understand what you will need to pay for any services with West Shore Wellness, LLC.
