What is a Pre-Licensed Counselor?

A Pre-Licensed Counselor is someone who has completed all of the graduate educational requirements for licensure, but is now accruing the time and experience required to be licensed.  A pre-licensed clinician meets weekly for supervision of their work in order to continue to hone their skills.  Pre-licensed clinicians are NOT able to accept insurances or EAP's as a form of payment for services, so prices have been reduced to accommodate most budgets.  Health Savings Accounts (HSA) funds can be utilized to pay for sessions with a pre-licensed clinician.
